If you’re in Richmond, you’ve probably been snowed in since Friday, and if you’re a ‘glass is half full’ kinda person you’d take full advantage of the situation to hole yourself up with some friends, watch Christmas movies and eat pizza.
I was able to get around fairly well thanks to my mountain bike and made my way to Andy’s house for a back-to-back Home Alone marathon and some tasty treats.
Ellen provided some delicious vegan cupcakes (I’m neither vegan nor vegetarian but these things were good) while JR and Bill brought beer and pizza. Papa John’s was ordered and I scarfed down a little too much, but we don’t have to feel guilty about indulging in gluttony this time of year…Jesus will save us!

This time of year rules for so many reasons and it only gets better when you’re snowed in. Richmond should be in for an excellent snowy winter if this keeps up. There won’t be too much activity on here for the next week or so due to my aversion to pizza (purely health reasons) but the slices just keep on coming somehow. But this shouldn’t stop any of you from ordering a couple pies on a cold, icy night.
Go on!
